Advised LOGOS SE Asia on its joint venture with European super utility to install rooftop solar panels for all LOGOS' Asia assets.
Advised this Belgian contractor on its successful entry into the UK solar PV market and are now advising them on projects in other EU jurisdictions.

Advised Total Eren on the Singapore law aspects of its acquisition of a solar project in Cambodia. This acquisition increased Total Eren's capacity, enabling it to develop almost 4GW of renewable power capacity.
Advised AIM-listed Auhua Clean Energy on its acquisition of Singapore- and Taiwan-based solar manufacturer Ziolar Technology.
Advised Indigo Energy, a solar power energy services provider, on structuring and commercial arrangements in Myanmar.

Advised Asiatic Group, owner and operator of power plants in Cambodia and a biomass power plant in Malaysia, on various transactions.

Advised Petronas and its corporate venture capital arm, Petronas Ventures, on its Series C1 investment into Shenzhen Immotor Technology. Immotor is a smart energy network company that has pioneered an innovative power battery exchange platform present in more than 60 cities across the People's Republic of China (PRC).
Acting for Axis Bank in relation to the partnership with The Private Infrastructure Development Group guarantee arm, GuarantCo on providing a US$200 million guarantee facility towards accelerating the e-mobility eco-system in India as part of fulfilling India's COP26 Glasgow commitments towards decarbonizing the Indian industrial ecosystem.
Advised a solar project fund established by Gore Street Capital to acquire and operate a number of energy storage projects in the UK. The fund has holdings in 9 energy storage projects, with a market capitalisation of £78m.
Advised on a secondary fundraising for the fund, an investment trust investing in utility-scale energy storage projects in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Advised Highview Power, a London-based cryogenic energy storage company, on a US$46 million investment by Sumitomo Heavy Industries.
