Patrick Bettle
Managing associate
Patrick is a managing associate in our commercial litigation department, who advises on disputes encompassing a number of sectors. He has particular experience in aviation litigation and regulation and has acted for a diverse range of clients, including listed companies, major airlines, aircraft lessors, smaller aircraft operators and high net worth individuals.
He advises on pre-litigation disputes, and disputes that develop into litigation through the courts and international arbitration. Patrick has also acted for banks and multinationals involved in general commercial disputes and has represented insolvency practitioners on various matters of insolvency law.
Patrick is also experienced advising on environmental advertising campaigns, assistance relating to investigations by regulatory bodies (including the Advertising Standards) and potential claims relating to alleged breaches of consumer and investor protection laws.
