Laetitia is an of counsel in the competition practice in Paris.
She advises French and foreign companies on competition and distribution law issues.
Laetitia is also experienced in energy law and data protection.
Before joining Stephenson Harwood, Laetitia Ghebali worked as an attorney in the Competition, European Law and Regulatory group of an international well-known law firm in Paris and then as a lawyer with the legal department of the French energy regulator.
A former student of the Ecole normale supérieure de Cachan, Laetitia holds a Master’s degree in International business law form the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Laetitia is a member of the Paris bar. She speaks French and English.
