Joanne Wallace

Joanne works closely with lawyers and other knowledge specialists from across the firm's practice areas and offices and has a leading role in our global ESG group network. As well as building our practice support resources on ESG, she also engages with external industry groups and initiatives on relevant ESG matters. Joanne has a background in international corporate finance, with a broad range of experience including public company takeovers, equity capital markets and private company sales and acquisitions. Before specialising in knowledge development, she practised as a senior associate in the London and Hong Kong corporate finance practices of another major international law firm.
