Georgina is an associate in the projects, energy and infrastructure team. She works on a range of infrastructure and construction projects with a particular focus on renewable energy, providing clear advice and pragmatic solutions.
Georgina advises on a variety of infrastructure and construction projects at all stages of the project life cycle, from procurement and construction to operation and management. She has experience working with a broad range of project documents and project finance documents, as well as in drafting, negotiating and advising on standard form construction documents, bespoke contracts and professional appointments. She has particular experience working on renewable energy projects such as nuclear and hydrogen production, electric vehicle infrastructure and anaerobic digestion facilities.
Georgina advises developers, contractors, lenders, government authorities, project sponsors and investors. In particular, she has spent time providing in-house support whilst on secondment to the EDF-and-government-backed Sizewell C nuclear power project, working on a range of financing, regulation, ESG, supply chain and governance matters.
