Sustainability disclosure and labelling regime confirmed by the FCA
On 28 November 2023, the FCA announced that it will introduce its sustainability disclosure and labelling regime, aimed at improving the transparency of sustainable investment products and minimising greenwashing.
The new regime will include requirements for product labels, detailed disclosure reports, and consumer-friendly summaries to ensure clarity and accessibility of information for all types of investors.
