Finalised non-handbook guidance on the Anti Greenwashing Rule (FG24/3) published by the FCA

On 23 April 2024, the FCA published its finalised non-handbook guidance on the Anti Greenwashing Rule (FG24/3). The guidance was published to help firms understand and comply with the anti-greenwashing rule, in response to the feedback received by the FCA during its consultation period. The main areas of feedback related to the examples given by the FCA and consisted of requests for further clarity on the FCA's expectations.
