CMA publishes update on its investigation into ASOS, Boohoo and George at Asda

On 27 March 2024, the CMA published an update on its investigation into ASOS, Boohoo and George at Asda. The CMA announced that all three companies had signed undertakings to use only accurate and clear green claims, and to provide the CMA with regular updates on their compliance with their undertakings. Accordingly, the CMA said that it had closed its investigation.
